The island is “reclaimed”. Now I’m sitting and waiting for the ferry to bring me back to Athens so I can walk down to Lavoria to the cargo ship that awaits me there. I should already been halfway to Athens but for some reason the departure was moved forward with 12 hours. When I reach Athens I will be in a hurry to move on.
