Henrik is a communication professional with several years of experience within the private and public sector; mostly within public health and healthcare.
His background involves politics, EU-issues and a bachelor thesis on the Serbian relations towards the EU, to Kosovo and the Serbian self-image after the wars in the 90’s. Since 2013, Henrik has been working for some of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies as a Communication advisor, focusing on market expansion, market introduction and issues management. After advising public administration on healthcare issues and communication strategy, he is now working as a Production leader at a pharmaceutical PR bureau.
Henrik is a firm believer in the importance of gathering solid support from several stakeholders, from different angles of an issue, to achieve real lasting change. His patience, structure and deep understanding of the impact of history on current political affairs, are traits that are well put to use in this project. The support for Steps for Christianity has grown from Henriks belief that freedom of speech, education and functioning healthcare are the foundations of a civil society. For those pillars to co-exist, people of different origins and beliefs must work together and find common ground to solve issues, rather than turning their backs on each other. There is a place for everyone in Jerusalem and everyone shall have the opportunity to be seen, heard and respected. This is what Steps for Christianity is about and why it is so important.
